Lexi Rand
Dr. Lexi Rand is a Nurse Practitioner, healthcare advocate, mentor, writer, and the CEO and owner of My Patients Matter, the clinical arm of her growing health and wellness brand. Guided by the belief that every person is more than a diagnosis, she brings together professional expertise, lived wisdom, and a deeply personal understanding of caregiving.
Dr. Rand became a nurse in 1991 and has since built a thirty-five-year career in healthcare. She went on to become a Family Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and Hospice Nurse Practitioner. Her work encompasses mental wellness, chronic disease management, patient education, advocacy, and compassionate end-of-life care.
Through My Patients Matter, her mentoring, and her writing, Dr. Rand helps people care for their health, navigate difficult seasons, find their voices, and build meaningful lives.
She also supports healthcare professionals and emerging nurse practitioners facing burnout, career transitions, resilience, and leadership challenges. Her guiding promise is simple: listening comes first.
